In 2023 we expanded the non-residential program to include Shelter Diversion. Shelter Diversion is a light touch but intense 14-day case conferencing program to help non shelter residents experiencing homelessness find alternative housing solutions other than entering the homeless response system or rapidly exiting the system. In Fall of 2025, this program expanded to Steps 2 Stability, integrating Diversion and housing navigation. This unique combination focuses on helping our clients solve problems, explore community resources, gain stability with rapid resolution and Critical Time Intervention. Each person assisted has a personal plan created to cater to their specific needs. We provide a solid foundation to help our clients maintain housing and support.
