MLive - As Winter Approaches, Warming Shelters to Open Around Ann Arbor

WASHTENAW COUNTY, MI - As winter draws near, shelters and warming stations are preparing to open up around Ann Arbor.

Led by the Shelter Association of Washtenaw County, the city, the county area churches and community centers are providing daytime and overnight warming shelters for homeless people in Washtenaw County. 

Services include an overnight warming center at the Delonis Center, 312 W. Huron St. From 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., the center will accommodate up to 50 people on weeknights...
